Internal Administrative Processing System- iAPS is a web based administrative system in the department of Prisons and Correctional Services towards implementing the e-governance in Government. This digital file flow system ensures paper-free, file-free offices, ease in administration, proper digital file management and fast accessibility, storage and disposal. This makes the establishment and administration of this department agile and efficient. The Prison Department is moving fast forward in all spheres of work using the latest Information and Communication Technology and iAPS is a positive step towards that aim.
